Teeny Tiny Animals

     Hello, in this post, I am going to tell the most teeny tiny animals around the world, enjoy! :)

    1. World Smallest Dog: Heaven Sent Brandy is a chihuahua that is the smallest dog in length. She's only 6 inches from the tip of her nose to the end of her tail. She weighs only 2 pounds.

    2. World Smallest Cat: Mr. Peebles is smaller than other kittens, but, he's full-grown! He weighs only 3 pounds.

    3. World Smallest Horse: Thumbelina is so tiny that she was named the smallest horse in the world. Horses can weigh up to 1000 pounds, but Thumbelina weighs only 57 pounds. That means, she's smaller than most golden retrivers!

    4. Teacup  Pig: Animal lovers in England can buy a very special animal, teacup pigs! This tiny pigs only grow to be about 12 inches high, that's about the size of a small dog. Fun fact for this guy, they're very smart!

    5. Pygmy Mouse Lemur: Pygmy Mouse Lemurs live in the trees of Madagascar. Their long, skinny toes and fingers make it easy to grab branches. They are about 8 inches long, including their thin tails.

    6. Pygmy Marmoset Monkey: Pygmy Marmoset Monkeys are the smallest monkeys in the world. They live in the rain forest in South America. This monkeys are only about 6 inches long. They weigh as much as a cupcake! 

    7. Monte Iberia Eleuth Frog: Monte Iberia Eleuth Frog are less than a half inch long. This little amphbians live in Cuba. They are so small that very few of them have ever been found.

    8. Philippine Tarsier: Philipphine Tarsiers are best known for their large eyes. They are only about 5 inches tall. But each of their eyes is over half an inch wide! This small animal weighs about as much as an orange. They live on the islands of the Philipphines.

    9. Bee Hummingbird: All hummingbirds are small, but the bee hummingbird is the smallest bird alive. Bee hummingbirds live in Cuba. They are only about 2 inches long. Each bird weighs about as uch as a large paper clip.

    10. Pink Fairy Armadillo: Pink Fairy Armadillo are about 6 inches long. Each one weighs about as much as a pear. They have pink shells and white, fluffy fur on their sides.


    11. Pygmy Seahorse: These tiny seahorses are only a little over a half inch long. Pygmy seahorses live in the tropical coral reefs. They are tough to spot because they look like the coral they live in.

    12. Barbados Threadsnake: The Barbados threadsnake is the smallest snake in alive. Each tiny snake is about 4 inches long. They're as thick as a spaghetti noodle. These little reptiles live in the island of Barbados

    13. Speckled  Padlopers: While some tortoises are very large, the speckled padlopers tortoise is only about 4 inches long! That makes them among the tinniest tortoise in the entire world! They live in Africa and sometimes mistaken for little rocks.

    14. Pygmy Rabbit: Pygmy rabbits are the smallest rabbit in North America. These tiny rabbit weigh less a pound each. They are 10 inches long! Pygmy rabbit have big ears, which help them listen for predators.

        So, these 14 animals I have picked are teeny tiny, some are good pets and some live in the wild. Thank you for reading!
